Transient (Short-Term) Rental Agreement
For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
Rental Party
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest’s invitees, and all discussion regarding reservation, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. The Guest understands that Manager rents to responsible adults over the age of 25 only. The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons:

Securing Your Reservation
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, and your requested dates secured, Gone Beachin’ Getaways must receive this Rental Agreement, completed in its entirety, and 25% of the reservation total must be paid as a down payment. Both the down payment and completed Rental Agreement must be received within 48 hours of reserving your stay, or your dates will automatically be released and be available for other rentals. If your reservation is being reserved within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date, the full balance is due within 48 hours. If you have chosen to pay via check, you must notify Gone Beachin’ Getaways so your dates can be re-secured after the initial 48-hour hold expires.
The remaining reservation balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A $45.00 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks.
How to Make a Payment
Check Payments:
If choosing to pay your reservation via check, the 4% Reservation Processing Fee will be waived/not be assessed to your reservation. Check payments are accepted, as long as the check originates from a US-based banking institution, and is written on an account in which the primary Guest is an account owner and/or signer. Please make check payable to Gone Beachin’ Getaways, Inc. and mail to:

**Please ensure that you have listed your rental property and dates of stay in the notes section of your check. If you have chosen to pay via check, you must notify Gone Beachin’ Getaways so your dates can be re-secured after the initial 48-hour hold expires.
Electronic Check Payments:
If choosing to pay your reservation via electronic check, the 4% Reservation Processing Fee will be waived/not be assessed to your reservation. To process an electronic check payment, Gone Beachin’ Getways will need the information found on the bottom of your check (routing number & account number). The primary Guest must be an account owner and/or signer for the bank account used to process the electronic check. If you have never processed an electronic check, or are unsure of your bank’s procedures, please contact them to ensure you are using the correct routing number & account number. Please call Gone Beachin’ Getaways at (850) 204-2614 to process an electronic check payment. Payments can only be processed during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, CST.
Credit Card Payments:
Gone Beachin’ Getaways accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. The credit card used must be in the name of the primary Guest, and have an expiration date that surpasses your check-out date. The 4% Reservation Processing Fee is not waived for credit card payments. Your reservation will be assessed an additional 4% Reservation Processing Fee if you choose to pay your reservation via credit card. The parties agree to the terms of this Short-Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by the signatures set forth below. Guest agrees to sign this Short-Term Rental Agreement electronically, with electronic signature holding same legal obligation as standard signature.
